Job Description

• Associates will work on companies in a wide range of industries on potential investments, acquisitions, analysis of potential exit opportunities, and the monitoring of current portfolio companies. Associates are involved in transaction due diligence, valuation analysis, value creation plan design and monitoring, and the negotiation of contracts and other agreements. Opportunity to work closely with senior members of the firm and to have extensive interaction with management teams and external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Investment research
• Financial analysis, valuation, and modelling
• Industry and competitive analysis
• Business diligence
• Design and monitoring of value creation plans
• Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use
• Assistance in the execution and financing of transactions

Role Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of experience in Private Equity, Strategic Consulting, Investment Banking or Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)
• Excellent Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
• Experience in sector analysis, financial analysis, valuations, business plans and investment presentations and reports
• Excellent usage of Microsoft Office, financial and markets databases (SABI, Refinitiv/Eikon, Merger
  Market)
• Commitment, drive and the capacity to show initiative
• Entrepreneurial spirit and business intuition
• Attention to detail and impeccable communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
