- growing technology business. Following an impressive 2024, the company is poised to continue its expansion into 2025. As part of this exciting journey, they are enhancing the European finance function with talented and driven finance professionals.

We are working directly with the Global FP&A Lead to recruit a highly capable Principal of FP&A. This critical role will drive commercial business planning and strategy, serving as a trusted business partner to the leadership team.

Key Details:

• Salary: €85K–€100K, plus competitive benefits and bonus
• Location: Hybrid working (2–3 days in office)
• Relocation: Yes, with VISA paperwork handled

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational and business reporting, ensuring accurate and insightful analysis
• Present key financial data to stakeholders, translating metrics into actionable insights
• Refine and oversee the planning process, identifying opportunities for new business initiatives
• Manage and mentor a
  - performing team of experienced analysts

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in corporate FP&A, ideally within the technology sector
• Professional qualifications (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, etc. ) or a strong foundation in practice accounting
• Advanced Excel proficiency with experience in Tableau or Power BI
• A motivated, collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
