Job Description:

Our client is a global technology leader in automotive electronics which develops and builds innovative digital cockpit and electrification products at the leading edge of the mobility revolution. They work with BMW, Jaguar, Honda, Volvo, Fiat, KIA and other big names in the Automotive Sector.

Because of their growth, they are looking for a PPAP Engineer to ensure manufacturing customer specific requirements are captured and aligned during the business pursue opportunities. If you identify with a

As a PPAP Engineer, you will:

• Be knowledgeable about all PPAP/APQP customer specific requirements and ensure proper alignment with the customer on correct deliverables definition during different product maturity stages from launch to end of production.
• Support all forward model launch activities by attending APQP team meetings.
• Evaluate Process Validation tests and the effectiveness of the test process to identify issues. Ensure effective test handling for Product Verification tests and results.
• Collect the PPAP full documentation package according to company and Customer standards.
• Manage
  - time PPAP package submission to customer (on portals, by mail) according to related required PPAP level submission.
• Manage closure of Non-Compliances from Plant Customer Audits / Forward Model Quality Reviews (ensure cascade within and across the Customer Groups) during the launch phase.
• Facilitate Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis) sessions to ensure lessons learned and best practices are driven into the PFMEA with a focus on risk mitigation / improvements.
• Coordinate Safe Launch Activities to ensure flawless launch.
• Confirm alignment between customer requirements and supplier requirements.

As a professional, if you have:

• A Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics or Materials);
• Experience in this function;
• Knowledge of PPAP and APQP;
• Fluency in English;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Strongly driven for results, accuracy, and decision making;
• Great
  - up skills and organizational skills.
