Summary:

This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other Microsoft services and
- party applications to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development:

• Design and develop applications using Power Apps to meet business requirements;
• Automate business processes using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow);
• Create
  - driven insights and dashboards with Power BI.

Integration & Customization:

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and
  - party applications;
• Customize and extend the Power Platform using custom connectors, Power
  Shell scripts, and Azure Functions.

Support & Maintenance:

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Power Platform applications;
• Monitor the performance and troubleshoot issues related to Power Platform solutions;
• Conduct regular updates to ensure alignment with business goals and technology changes.

User Training & Adoption:

• Train
  - users on Power Platform solutions to ensure effective adoption;
• Develop user manuals and documentation to support application use.

Governance & Security:

• Implement governance best practices to ensure data security and compliance.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Technical Skills:
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents);
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and M language (for Power BI);
• Knowledge of Common Data Service (Dataverse) and Model-Driven Apps;
• Familiarity with Azure services, REST APIs, and JSON for integrations;
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent
  - solving and analytical skills;
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
