We are looking for an experienced Power BI specialist who enriches our team and takes our data analysis and visualization skills to the next level. In this role, you are responsible for designing, developing and optimizing Power BI solutions and empower employees to better work with Power BI.

How you make a difference:

1. You are part of a Biz
   Dev
   Ops team and implement
   -
   - centric solutions in the logistics operations environment of Power BI. In doing so, you take on the role of developer, enabler and advisor.
2. You are in close contact with the platform manager and BI
   - service manager and support them in developing the services.
3. You will empower employees in using Power BI and support them with data modelling and visualization on Power BI. In doing so, you make a valuable contribution to developing Swiss Post on its path to becoming a
   - driven company.
4. You are in contact with various stakeholders, analyse their needs and implement measures. You are responsible for ensuring their satisfaction and finding the ideal solution.
5. You look for optimization potential and simplify processes to ensure greater efficiency.
6. Working closely with data scientists, data engineers and automation experts is part of your work, and you can see the synergies and application potential of the other disciplines in your working environment.
7. You promote the exchange of knowledge within the team and ensure that support requests are processed efficiently.

What you have to offer:

1. You have a university degree in informatics, business informatics or business administration.
2. You have a comprehensive understanding of the Power BI platform, its functions and options. This includes the creation of data models, dashboards, reports, DAX calculations, the use of M and the integration of data from various sources.
3. You are able to create complex data models and transform data from various sources. This includes the cleaning, aggregation and linking of data. You do this in accordance with best practice and with a view to performance.
4. You have a quick perception, are happy to share your knowledge and enable employees to develop the right report or dashboard on their way.
5. You are able to optimize Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure smooth performance, especially for large data sets.
6. You communicate proactively and clearly and are also able to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
7. Knowledge of other BI tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere is an advantage.

Education:

You have completed a higher degree in computer science or business informatics (university of applied sciences).

Language skills:

English oral and written

Hybrid Model: Two days a week @office (mandatory).
