As a Freelance Recruiter, you will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, source and assess candidates, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Your fluency in Portuguese will be crucial for effectively communicating with candidates in Portugal and other Portuguese-speaking regions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions, focusing on Portuguese-speaking candidates
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent
• Conduct interviews and evaluations to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Stay current on recruitment trends and labor market developments in Portuguese-speaking countries
• Provide timely updates and constructive feedback to candidates regarding their application status
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of all recruitment activities for tracking and reporting purposes

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in freelance or remote roles
• Solid understanding of contemporary recruitment practices and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently while managing multiple recruitment tasks
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
