Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver
   - quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
2. Address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively to enhance overall satisfaction.

4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
5. Assist clients throughout the onboarding process and inform them about our services.
6. Evaluate and understand client needs, providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
7. Engage in continuous training to stay effective and knowledgeable about product updates and customer service practices.

Requirements

1. Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
2. Prior experience in customer support or a
