Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver
   - quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
2. Manage client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to uphold client satisfaction.

4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
5. Assist clients throughout the onboarding process and provide detailed information about our services.

Requirements

1. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
2. Experience in customer support or a similar
