Requirements:

1. Native-level proficiency in Portuguese.
2. C2 level proficiency in an additional European language (e. g. , English, French, German, Spanish, etc. ).
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
5. Ability to work in a

6. Flexibility to work shifts and weekends if required.
