- based development platform in Lisbon, Portugal. The platform provides users the freedom to create, design, manage, and develop their online presence as they desire. Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone. Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions. Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites. Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues. Stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support. Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience. Required Skills: • Native or Fluent in English; • Native or Fluent in Portuguese; • Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone. • Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions. • Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites. • Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues. • Stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support. • Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.
