  Salary: Competitive Salary Package

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Italian Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will assist Italian-speaking customers, offering expert support and resolving inquiries. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, with weekends off. Accommodation in Porto will be provided for the duration of your employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service in Italian through phone, email, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver clear and accurate product information.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, effective solutions to concerns.

• Record customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring appropriate

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong communication skills and a
