Job Description: German Content Moderator (Porto Office)

Schedule: Rotative Shifts - 24/7 (2
- off per week)

Contract Type: Permanent Contract

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and
- oriented German Content Moderator to join our team. The role involves reviewing, updating, and managing content on social media platforms, ensuring compliance with legal and copyright standards, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Review online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices received from end customers regarding incorrect decisions on their copyright materials.
2. Update and manage content on popular social media platforms.
3. Audit and verify content before sharing it for social media uploads.
4. Ensure that the service provided to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
5. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client products and services.
6. Strictly adhere to accuracy guidelines set by the client.
7. Safeguard customer data and ensure compliance with relevant processes and regulations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

1. Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
2. Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in PC usage.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Dependable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to
   - task in a
   - paced environment.
5. Flexibility to adapt to changes and tolerance for repetitive tasks.
6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
7. Demonstrate patience in all customer interactions, maintaining a professional and pleasant tone.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts.
9. An associate degree in a related field and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Workplace: On-site at Porto Office Park.
