What you will do:

1. Communicate with customers via phone, chat &
   - mail
2. Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
3. Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
4. Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
5. Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
6. Set-up repairs for
   - related issues
7. Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
8. Maintain high customer satisfaction

1. Fluency in Polish
2. Advanced English knowledge
3. Familiarity with i
   OS and/or Mac
   OS, or comparable technology, is preferred
4. Great communication skills
5. Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
6. Strong troubleshooting skills
