About the role

• Our Transformation Office team, composed of 3 people, is integrated into the Transformation Office and SG&A (Selling, General and Administrative expenses = functional expenses) team and focuses on enabling a full collective transformation of our operating models in collaboration with all functions and businesses. This team works on coordinating the Transformation effort for Solvay, bringing visibility to key stakeholders, and challenging in the interest of the full organization to support the Group Transformation Office.
• You will get the opportunity to contribute to implementing a common, transversal and collaborative approach and have a positive impact on Solvay’s transformation. You will have a full overview of the strategy and operating model of all functions, the levers to implement it, and a closer connection and exposure to senior leaders. It is a personal development role in which you will have to cope with the unknown, the uncertainty and be creative, curious and flexible.
• You will be accountable for:
  • Bringing visibility about the Transformation journey to the group and senior stakeholders with the appropriate projects portfolio management and analysis. Organizing and running the weekly meetings with the functions.
  • Consolidating outcomes into models, plans and charters from their workshops
  • Challenging those outcomes where necessary, provide insights.
  • Owning the overall implementation plan and benefits tracker for all functions, while playing a connector role between functions to foster collaborative design.
  • Facilitating or contributing to transversal value creation activities (eg: challenge sessions, pitch).
• We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

About you

• Master degree in engineering or business.
• Relevant and strong work experience in large and complex organizations as well as experience and passion in driving change and challenging the status quo.

About the pay and benefits

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Portugal base pay reasonably expected for this role is €58, 400. 00 to €73, 000. 00, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience and location of hire. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
