Your mission will…

1. Be part of a highly engaged team, where you will be able to combine strategic thinking with
   - on operative business decisions.
2. Drive global projects, services, and initiatives for the Asset & Property Management Service department (AP SER) within Siemens Real Estate.
3. Manage big data and provide the service and project owner business analysis deep dives,
   - level presentations, quality checks, and data reporting.
4. Play a key role in the strategic
   - making process, impacting worldwide projects by creating business case simulations together with the commercial counterpart.
5. Steer consistent and thorough implementation of processes, policies, and guidelines, ensuring standardization across regions and programs.
6. Act as a sparring partner to various stakeholders and ensure effective cooperation across teams and regions.
7. Coordinate the workflow environment and track all
   - related deliveries and respective KPIs.
8. Manage the project reporting lines and support the preparation of Project Board meetings as well as meeting minutes to allow transparent communication and
   - making.
9. Collaborate in central activities coordinated by headquarter teams, leveraging standards and
   - how across different functions and regions.
10. Implement PM and PMO guidelines and processes, as well as manage respective functional organizations.

We are looking for someone with…

1. University degree in Business Administration or related fields.
2. Fluent English.
3. Solid MS Office knowledge.
4. Strong analytical mindset and experience with big data.
5. Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills.
6. Process and
   - oriented.
7. Motivation and resilience.
8. Basic German knowledge and intercultural experiences are a plus.
