Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic PMO to join one of our biggest clients in Lisbon (Hybrid). A multinational financial services firm, one of the largest financial groups and among the 30 largest financial institution’s globally.

What you will do:

• Align the objectives for defined and agreed activities with business change objectives and authorise the selection and planning of all related projects and activities.
• Plan, direct and
  - ordinate activities to manage and implement complex projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage.
• Plan, schedule, monitor and report on activities related to the project.
• Lead the project teams in determining business requirements and translating requirements into operational plans, following the deployment with IT and project teams.
• Determine, monitor and review all project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources and risk.
• Support with framing different initiatives, building necessary project trackers to ensure a smooth deployment.
• Animate workshops with operational teams on different topics, consolidating and formalizing results.

What you are like:

• At least 3 years of experience as PMO in an IT/Software Development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e. g. , Jira) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
