randstad SSC is recruiting for a client, a renowned bank that´s seeking a Project Manager - KYC.
In this project you will be responsible for a transformative project aimed at rethinking our internal solutions and processes, specifically focusing on enhancing our core KYC (Know
Your Customer) tooling and associated initiatives. This project will involve a
comprehensive review and enhancement of our KYC processes and IT ecosystem.
We are seeking PMO resources to assist in the solution design and change
management aspects of this initiative.

your role:
The PMO will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project by monitoring and documenting project governance, organizing specifications, tests, meetings, trainings, and facilitating communication among existing teams. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in similar projects and possess a proactive mindset to identify and escalate potential issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Governance:
Monitor and document project governance processes, ensuringadherence to established protocols.
Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and governance frameworks.
2. Coordination and Organization:
Organize and coordinate specifications, testing activities, and meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are engaged.
Schedule and facilitate "Show and Tell" sessions to demonstrate progress and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate training sessions for team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Provide updates to project leads and stakeholders on progress, challenges, and risks.
4. Issue Identification and Escalation:
Proactively identify potential project issues or roadblocks and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
o Support the development of mitigation strategies to address identified risks and challenges.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, decisions, and changes to ensure transparency and accountability.
o Prepare and present regular project status updates to management and other stakeholders.
6. Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of KYC processes and the IT ecosystem by providing insights and recommendations based on project experiences.
competências
if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management,
Information Technology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably in change management or solution design projects.
Familiarity with KYC processes and tools is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e. g. , JIRA)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
