We are looking for Fullstack developer (Python & GIS) to join us in Lisbon.

Requirements:

 Expertise in the procurement commodity activities such as:

- Manage or support Call for Tenders, RFIs, RFPs,

- Contracts managements, query/claims, including supporting to litigation topics.

- Negotiation

- Business sourcing strategy support

- Other procurement expertises

 Build and sustain a robust relationship with internal customers and key vendors.

 In collaboration with internal customers to identify and implement solutions for problems encountered daily.

 Senior plus profile with expertise in workforce activities or a minimum of 3 years expertise in areas like:

- IT PMO, for resources management.

- Procurement, for contractors sourcing.

- HR, for recruitment activities.

 Solid business analysis expertise, combined with the ability to transform data analysis into key messages for business decision making.

 Drive improvement with the ability to collaborate with unstructured data.

 The service will require to organize and coordinate multiple mission, build strong cross functional relationships with all levels of the organization.

 Ability to collaborate in a team and independently.

 English environnement

 Portuguese or French environnement would be a plus.
