We are looking for a PMO (financial/budgetary domains) to join us in Lisbon.

As a PMO service for General Accounting Product you act as the convergence point, be the driver for the transversal topics, securing the proper follow up even through the existent silos/different Products/different teams.

- The Product Management Officer service is the backbone to establish and maintain project management standards and procedures, to secure full adherence of the Product to CLIENT regarding topics such as contracts and budget/forecast management and as well to time tracking accuracy.

- The service is the overall enabler to provide support and guidance to project and product owners, decisively supporting the management layer towards a timely and lean financial and contractual compliance.

- The service collaborate in close cooperation with the Product and Project Managers, leading and taking part in the different key programs and projects elements in the PMO area.

- The service is an ambassador to evangelise good practices such as the continuous improvement mindset within our teams and an instigator for excellence towards the KPI’s in force.

- Solid track record of monitoring and reporting on project/departmental progress and performance, particularly in the financial/budgetary domains.

- Collaborate in multinational environment, expertise in collaborate in geographical dispersed realities and with Onshore and Offshore delivery centres.

- Keeping all stakeholders engaged and timely informed, on the progresses and challenges of the Projects.
