Your job

The Project and Portfolio Management Office (PMO) at CIT is the backbone of the successful project management approach for
- wide projects with CIT involvement. The PMO is responsible for defining standards and giving guidelines for the whole project lifecycle from request to finish. The PMO also includes Portfolio Management and sets the steps for the Digital Transformation of the Zumtobel Group. Job training programs.

Your Task

1. Act as a central contact person and consultant for our project managers on all topics concerning software tools (Office365, Planview, Power
   BI, Jira, Confluence) and provide documentation.
2. You are a key user of our project management software tools, providing tool administration and configuration.
3. Provide tool training for new members or changes in the tool.
4. Create reporting for all PMO areas in collaboration with the stakeholders and Controlling.
5. Ensure correct compliance with the project management processes.
6. Participate in the improvement of our business processes, align with stakeholders on different Management levels, suggest and apply changes to the project management tools.

Your Profile

1. Several years of experience in project, program, and portfolio management.
2. Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
3. A high affinity for IT tools is necessary for this position.
4. Experience in Planview, JIRA, Confluence, Power
   BI, and Office 365 is a strong asset.
5. High affinity for numbers, advanced knowledge in Excel and/or Power BI.
6. Experience and skills in training people; comfortable presenting both online and offline.
7. Enjoy working with different people, cultures, and stakeholders including senior management and possess strong intercultural communication skills.
8. An independent working style with accountability for your work.
9. A
   - on mentality is required in a small team.
