Currently, we have 3 workshops in the north of Portugal, more specifically, in Ponte de Lima, Penafiel and Santa Maria da Feira. Do you enjoy the challenges of customer service?

We are looking for a Planification Client professional to join the Supply Chain team.

• You will work closely with clients to ensure all types of activities related to them (e. g. , order
  - up, portal updates) are handled daily.
• You will liaise with other departments such as Finance, Planning, Production, and Warehouse to ensure a good service rate for our clients.
• You will follow up on orders and returns from our clients to meet their expectations.

Is this position made for you?

You have professional experience in the Logistics field or another related branch. You are comfortable with Microsoft Office and SAP. You have mathematical skills, a taste for customer service, and good communication skills.
