Job Summary

Keyrus is looking for a PL/SQL Developer to design, develop, and optimize database solutions for our enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL programming, performance tuning, and working with
- scale databases. You will collaborate with DBAs, developers, and business analysts to build
- performance database solutions that support business needs.

This position is remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance using indexes, partitions, and execution plans.
• Work closely with DBAs to troubleshoot performance issues and improve query execution times.
• Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data integration.
• Implement data integrity constraints, indexing strategies, and security policies.
• Collaborate with application developers to integrate database solutions with
  - end and
  - end systems.
• Perform unit testing and debugging of database code to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Document database designs, processes, and technical specifications.

Requirements for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• +4 years of experience as a PL/SQL Developer.
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development (stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers).
• Strong knowledge of SQL performance tuning (indexes, execution plans, hints).
• Experience with Oracle database administration concepts (tablespaces, partitions, constraints).
• Familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator) is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN).
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and Agile/Scrum environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in French.

Good to have

• Experience with Oracle APEX, Forms & Reports.
• Familiarity with cloud databases (Oracle Cloud, AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database).
• Knowledge of No
  SQL databases like Mongo
  DB.
• Understanding of Dev
  Ops, CI/CD pipelines for database deployment.
