CORE FUNCTIONS:

1. Travel Arrangements for Core Crew, LTSAs and Vendors:
   
   The PLC will arrange all flights for crew members mobilizing to work or demobilizing back home, ensuring bookings align with Group Travel Policy for cost effectiveness and availability.
2. IPS:
   
   The PLC will ensure standard accommodations are booked as required and that meet and greet assistance is available for all arriving crew members.
3. VShips, BSM and ATLAS:
   
   The PLC will consult closely with manning agencies to ensure optimal flights are provided and accommodations are booked as necessary.
4. Vendors (With No representation in Guyana):
   
   The PLC will liaise with vendor POC to ensure vendors are booked into standard approved accommodations and arrange
   - country assistance.
5. Visual Planner and Oscar movements updates:
   
   The PLC will align the crew list with onboard POB for accuracy and update the visual planner daily.
6. POB Management:
   
   The PLC will ensure accurate updates on the POB forecast file and maintain POB levels while coordinating with heads of departments.
7. Helicopter Planning:
   
   The PLC will liaise with OIT to ensure timely helicopter bookings and compliance with embarkation requirements.
8. Vendor Management and others:
   
   The PLC will meet with manning agencies and service vendors to address concerns and ensure satisfactory service levels.
9. Visas:
   
   The PLC will check that each crew member has a valid visa for transit and destination, managing applications as per PMSI process.
