Personal Assistant
Location: Cascais (Portugal), or vicinity
Our client is looking for a highly organized Personal Assistant to support a Business Co-founder in managing personal and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong command of both Portuguese and English. Experience coordinating with service providers is considered a valuable asset.
Responsibilities
Personal Assistance:
- Assist with personal errands and

- day activities such as shopping and organizing. - Manage household tasks, including coordinating with service providers and contractors.
- Any other tasks required assigned from time to time, which might vary
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High levels of discretion and confidentiality.
