Responsibilities:

1. Status reporting;
2. Senior management communication;
3. Main point of contact for service;
4. Service delivery with competence center;
5. Troubleshooting and analysis skills towards solutions optimization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar;
2. 5 or more years of professional experience in IT Operations Management and/or as a Technical Project Manager;
3. Experience with Java and solution architectures;
4. Willing to dive into other technologies;
5. Willingness to travel;
6. Good level of English (minimum B2 level).

Nice to have:

1. Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgre
   SQL, My
   SQL, Maria
   DB); cloud awareness (AWS or Azure).

Important information:

1. Living in Portugal.
2. Hybrid - Almada.
