About You
- You have 2+ years of relevant experience in a paid marketing, growth or
- generation role, with a track record of achieving business objectives and improving performance. - Revenue is your
- star metric: you're focused on driving new experiments and optimising the current ones to maintain fast growth. - You're a native Portuguese and fluent in English.
- Moving fast and hacking, translates into trying, failing, testing, and debugging our experiments while - most importantly - shipping fast.
- You are constantly on the lookout for a first-mover advantage on a channel, tactic, hack or growth opportunity that could drive new business. Innovation!
- You'll readily switch from analytics to get an answer to a hunch, to A/B testing copy and boost product features, to brainstorming new growth ideas.
- You have a growth mindset with a test & learn approach to deliver strong results and fast insights.
- You have a deep love for
- driven decisions with experience in running split tests, optimising funnels, and developing metrics. - This role demands a proactive and
- on approach—ideal for people who thrive on independently driving initiatives from conception to execution. You’ll be at the forefront, crafting and implementing, and directly analysing and reporting on the outcomes, ensuring your contributions are both impactful and measurable.
The Role
On a typical day, you will. . .
- Build a robust optimisation and testing framework to improve campaign performance in terms of the key performance Indicators.
- Design, create and implement strategies for lead acquisition using different channels, directly aligned with the business plan and team target.
- Use available data to keep on improving the current acquisition and qualification machine, from top to bottom of the funnel.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase our website and landing pages conversion rate through A/B testing.
- Launch, monitor, and analyse all your performance marketing experiments to keep on generating new ideas always based on data.
- Develop and implement
- layer ABM campaigns using the tech stack at your disposal. - Design, create, and implement new lifecycle marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Support weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPIs.
- Contribute to multiple channels' growth like Outbound and Inbound, while overseeing

- end collaborative experiments. - Create, reshape, and improve the lifecycle marketing strategies for a better business impact.

Salary Range
Our offers are based on the annual salary cost for the company. For this position, we have a budget of 43. 000€ to 55. 000€, depending on experience. Translating to everyday language, it would be a total gross package of 35. 000€ to 42. 000€ (plus health insurance and other benefits).
