• You have 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a marketing agency or in a growth marketing “hands-on” role
• You have experience managing and executing B2B paid marketing strategies that have a direct impact on company revenue
• You have advanced knowledge of Paid Social and Google Ads optimization techniques, targeting strategies and bidding models across different ad platforms
• You excel in
  - driven analytical thinking
• You have outstanding English communication skills
