Your mission:
Our Demand Accelerator Perfect Store program has seen exceptional growth in both relevance and impact within the South West Europe (SWE) business. It is now one of the key strategic pillars driving our ambition to become a €1B company in the coming years.
In this role, you will lead the execution of Perfect Store initiatives across all channels and
- channels, including OT (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Discounters), TT (Convenience, Ethnic, Specialized Retail), and AFH (Bars, Sports Venues, Gas Stations). Each channel presents unique needs, requiring tailored proposals and strategies.
You will be responsible for managing internal sales information critical for
- making and analysis, while driving the execution of strategic Demand Accelerator initiatives. By unlocking new growth opportunities, you will accelerate demand across channels and lead the governance and delivery of segmentation projects to optimize our portfolio and fuel sustainable growth.
Please note this is a temporary position for a maternity cover, with a duration of 1 year.
Responsibilities
Your day to day with us:
- Identify emerging trends and business opportunities by analyzing internal and external data and insights
- Develop proposals for business operations prioritization and present strategic recommendations to top management
- Lead
- functional teams to define objectives and execute Perfect Store and Segmentation Retail projects, ensuring results are delivered - Prepare content and insights for steering committees with top executives, including the General Manager, Strategic Commercial Senior Lead, and Sales Managers
- Present and prepare
- making content for forums such as Demand
S, Business Reviews (BRs), and Field Meetings - Effectively communicate project updates and priorities to Sales Forces, ensuring clarity and relevance
- Define content for training sessions and sales meetings to mobilize and align teams
- Lead, govern, and deliver Overall Value Propositions (OVPs) across both channels
Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?
- Minimum 4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Project Management, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Shopper Insights, or similar
- Cross-functional expertise with the ability to effectively manage internal and external
- functional teams - Strong communication skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Solid strategic thinking combined with clear and effective communication skills
- Proficiency in both Portuguese and English
