Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and improve HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and Sky guidelines.
2. Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations.
3. Organize the programs that involve occupational health and all related matters.
4. Maintain HR systems and technologies necessary to support HR operations.
5. Manage and improve benefits program and platform.
6. Maintain knowledge of HR and employment law.
7. Advise on HR-related topics and provide the needed support and resolution to the teams and colleagues.
8. Support the payroll and the administrative processes.

Your Skills and Experience:

1. +6 years of professional experience.
2. Previous experience as HR Generalist or HR Specialist.
3. Experience with MS Office.
4. Previous experience working in an international environment.
5. Can-do and
   - oriented attitude.
6. Ability to
   - task and change priorities according to the business needs.
7. Ready to collaborate with stakeholders regardless of different seniority levels.
8. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
9. Flexible, creative, collaborative, and innovative approach.
10. Empathetic team player.
11. Knowledge of HR workforce solutions (Workday is a plus).
