Your Responsibilities:

• Control of hiring, terminations, and contract management for new employees;
• Reception and integration of employees;
• Payroll processing;
• Management of attendance, vacations, overtime, among others;
• In-person / remote employee support;
• Ensuring compliance with legal obligations;

Profile:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or similar;
• 3 to 8 years of professional experience in Payroll;
• Proficiency in English (mandatory);
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Good knowledge of Meta4/Primavera (preferred);
• Good knowledge of Workday (preferred);
• Strong communication skills and
  - oriented;
• Interpersonal skills and empathy;
• Attention to detail, precision, and methodical approach;
