Payroll Specialist

We work with some of the world’s largest and most complex companies to understand their unique business issues and opportunities in an ever changing environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Control of hiring, terminations, and contract management for new employees;
- Reception and integration of employees;
- Payroll processing;
- Management of attendance, vacations, overtime, among others;
- In-person / remote employee support;
- Ensuring compliance with legal obligations;
Profile:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or similar;
- 3 to 8 years of professional experience in Payroll;
- Proficiency in English (mandatory);
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Good knowledge of Meta4/Primavera (preferred);
- Good knowledge of Workday (preferred);
- Strong communication skills and
- oriented; - Interpersonal skills and empathy;
- Attention to detail, precision, and methodical approach;
