A leading company specializing in technological solutions is looking for a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) for a temporary reinforcement of their HR team.

Your new role

• Payroll processing across different EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
• Maintain compliance with local payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor requirements;
• Address employee payroll queries and troubleshoot discrepancies;
• Manage and optimize HRIS (Success
  Factors), ensuring data accuracy;
• Oversee attendance and
  - tracking systems, ensuring compliance with local labor laws;
• Generate and analyze HR reports;
• Reporting to Finance on payroll masters;
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring accurate
  - keeping;
• Management of all HR related documents including contract documents;
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Human Resources or related fields;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or Compensation & Benefits Roles;
• Experience with HRIS (Success
  Factors);
• Strong Excel and HR analytics skills;
• Strong communication skills and team spirit;
• Resilient, methodical and attention to detail.
