responsabilidades chave

Assist in the Administrative management of People & Culture department

Employee support - answering to internal requests

Ensure legal compliance

Communicate with external entities (Social Security, Tax Office, Insurers, Legal Advisors, etc)

Assist in the Compensation & Benefits department reporting

Ensure proper answer to internal and external audits.

competências

4-6 years of experience in Payroll and/or other Human Resources related activities

High School, Human Resources Bs
C (or similar) relevant background for the role

Knowledge of Labor and Tax Law

Experience working with an ERP (preferably Oracle) is nice to have

Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Fluent in English

Attention to detail and autonomy

Used to work under pressure
