Key Responsibilities:Provide great customer service, offering personalized styling advice and creating memorable shopping experiences

Drive sales by showcasing our latest fashion collections and meeting customer needs, but also also by keeping communication on whatsapp, mails and phone

Help the team in engaging with social media community, helping creating exciting content to promote our boutique and products across platforms like Instagram

Help manage online orders and customer inquiries via social media and email

What We're Looking For:Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a fashion or boutique setting

Experiennce in POS systems

Some social media skills, with the ability to help to create engaging content and grow our online presence

Passion for fashion and styling, with the ability to translate trends into customer recommendations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in Portugues and English

Highly organized and able to multitask in a
