The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Paid Search (PPC) Specialist to join our Acquisition team. As a Paid Search (PPC) Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Search and App (UAC) campaigns for our portfolio of clients. Your expertise in optimizing ad performance, driving targeted traffic, and maximizing return on investment will be crucial in achieving client objectives and growing their online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute highly effective Paid Search (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Bing Ads) and App (Google UAC) campaigns that align with clients’ objectives in the online social gaming industry.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and optimization to ensure the acquisition of
- quality users. - Continuously adjust bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance and achieve desired outcomes.
- Perform A/B testing to
- tuning strategies for optimal results. - Monitor, analyze, and provide insightful reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and
- leading practices in paid search advertising, specifically within the online social gaming sector. - Collaborate closely with
- functional teams, including designers and content creators, to ensure ad alignment with overall marketing objectives and maintain a cohesive brand experience. - Utilize advanced conversion tracking and other measurement tools to assess the impact of campaigns, enabling
- driven
- making. - Proactively identify and recommend innovative strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in managing successful Search campaigns
- Previous experience within the online gaming industry (Casino & Sports).
- Proficiency in Google Ads and related platforms, including Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of paid search advertising principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Basic understanding of website tagging and tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent reporting skills with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e. g. , Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and advanced features such as pivot tables, data visualization, and formula functions.
- Self-motivated,
- oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team environment. - Ability to empathise with user and understand customer journey.
- Proficiency in Bing Ads and Apple Search Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Ads Demand
Gen and Video campaigns. - Familiarity with data visualization tools (e. g. , Tableau, Looker).
- Google Ads certifications (Fundamentals, Search Advertising).
