About The Job

As a Packaging Operations Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our Logistics & Product Development Department. Your main focus will be on handling the entire journey of our jewellery – from the moment it arrives at our logistics center until it's shipped to our warehouse to be sold to our clients. You'll check quantities, ensure quality, carefully package each piece, and manage inventory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist and support the Product Development Department
   • Pick up samples from suppliers
   • Showroom and Storage organization
   • Organize shipments between offices and suppliers
2. Jewellery Operations
   • Check the quantities of jewellery orders and accurately record the data in the system
   • Perform quality control checks on jewellery pieces to ensure they meet brand standards
   • Handle the packaging of jewellery items with attention to detail and presentation
   • Organize shipments to the warehouse, ensuring all necessary records and documents are up to date

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Previous experience in quality control, logistics, or packaging is a plus;
• Proactive and responsible mindset;
• Comfortable working with inventory management systems and records;
• Interest in the fashion/jewellery sector is valued.
