Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Supports the productivity related to global transport and packaging.
• Establish, feed, and monitor a detailed portfolio for VAVE and IPP actions implementation for the PC&L perimeter in the different SSED plants.
• Contributes to the plant’s results.
• Review and monitor the weekly purchasing productivity plan under his/her scope.
• Execute productivity actions with appropriate stakeholders.
• Support the standardization of PC&L productivity processes.
• Coordinate inputs from all functions (plants PC&L, plant champions, internal customers, purchasing, etc. ) to achieve actions implementation.
• Support the Productivity Team on possible roadblocks.
• Support the Division Operation PC&L team to foster digitalization and innovation inside PC&L.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business.

Nice to have: Specialization in international purchasing, supply chain, or PC&L.

Minimum Experience: 3 years in PC&L, operations, or purchasing.

Skills and competencies:

• Knowledge of productivity/lean management methodology.
• Knowledge of production, quality, and logistics.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
