PAC TEST AUTOMATION LEAD (HYBRID)

Portuguese company hires for hybrid work.

CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN PORTUGAL

Languages: Portuguese (C2) and English (B2) / Spanish (nice to have)

Location: Portugal / Porto

We are looking for a PAC TEST AUTOMATION LEAD with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, CI/CD, and test automation. If you are passionate about technology, innovation, and working in an agile environment, this opportunity is for you!

Main Requirements and Knowledge

Technologies & Tools:

• Strong experience in. NET C# development.
• Proficiency in Playwright for test automation.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including cloud environment management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
• Practical expertise in Git for version control.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Xray (test management), and Confluence.

Skills & Personal Attributes:

• Proactive mindset, with the initiative to propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluent English (B2+), both spoken and written.
• Business acumen, aligning technical solutions with strategic objectives.

Desirable Skills & Experience (Nice to Have):

• Experience leading technical teams.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead technical initiatives for development and automation projects.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines in Microsoft Azure environments.
• Develop and optimize solutions using. NET C#.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Ensure software quality and consistency through test automation with Playwright and integration with Xray/Jira.
• Monitor and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.

Education: Degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 6 years (Senior level).

Availability: Immediate.

Location: Portugal (Porto) – 100% remote work.

Sector: Technology.

Languages: English (B2+) required; Spanish is a plus.
