Opportunity: P2P Process Improvement Officer (ERP)

This role aims at simplifying supply management processes for operations through a lean approach. This is a part of the current workstream on ERP project under the responsibility of supply management. The scope is regional, with an initial focus on European On-site services.

What will you do?

• Work with country teams to to support the delivery of the Supply Management Transformation program
• Support EDI implementation and exchange with Suppliers (if required)
• Handling of proper catalogue management

1. Establish and Monitoring of Catalogues

2. Data point collection and implementation

3. Improve current Catalog Management quality and introduce the link between Article and Product according to global standards

4. Global Hierarchy implementation / maintenance

• Attend / provide trainings on new ways of working for End-User
• Test SIQ reporting to support implementation for full spend analytics
• Align with data champion to ensure process improve data quality on prioritized topics
• Support the communication and engagement strategy
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key cross functional team members to ensure a good collaboration

What you'll need to succeed? :

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ideally have worked in Supply Management
• Strong knowledge of procure to pay process
• Process driven orientation and experience of working with cross functional teams and global stakeholders
• Experience in supporting change at a senior management level with internal and external stakeholders as well as suppliers
• Fluency in English required, ability to speak other European language is a plus
• Team Player
• Communicator and Negotiator
• Demonstrate strong
  - organization abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Exhibit effective planning skills to develop and implement strategies that meet project deadlines and goals
• Problem solving,
