Opportunity: P2P Business Analyst
This role aims at simplifying supply management processes for operations through a lean approach. This is a part of the current workstream on ERP process under the shared responsibility of finance and supply management.

In this position, you will analyze current supply management processes, identify inefficiencies and their root causes, and implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency. Working closely with teams in Supply, Finance, and Operations, you will develop streamlined and standardized processes that reduce administrative burdens, improve communication, and shorten lead times for key tasks such as order processing and invoicing.
As part of the implementation phase, you will lead workshops, train key users, and support different countries in formalizing and adopting best practices. You will also build a global network of process experts to facilitate knowledge sharing and accelerate the adoption of improvements across regions.
A key aspect of the role is continuous improvement—monitoring performance indicators, enforcing standard practices, and collaborating on the development of supporting IS&T solutions. By taking a proactive and structured approach, you will help ensure that supply management processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with global best practices.
What will you do?
- Work with country teams to lead a
- term study on local existing processes versus global standard processes - Map root cause, pain points and country specificities, identify commonalities, make recommendations
- Draft and propose a plan of concrete actions to improve current process on below topics:
PR / PO processes incl. approval lead time & compliance
Good receipt lead time & simplification
Invoice Matching
- Measure / Benchmark Process Performance Indicators
- Support to define and drive the overall roadmap
- Feed the development of supporting IS&T solutions starting with the European countries
Review and evaluate change requests and country localizations
Enforce the implementation of standard practices where gaps are identified and escalate significant issues to the Regional and Global BPO
- Support the communication and engagement strategy.
What you'll need to succeed? :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ideally have worked in Supply Management for 5+ years
- Must have a strong knowledge of On-Site operations / segment intimacy
- Experience in lean management and/or six sigma
- Strong knowledge of procure to pay process
- Process driven orientation and experience of working with cross functional teams and global stakeholders
- Experience in supporting change at a senior management level with internal and external stakeholders as well as suppliers
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Fluency in English required, ability to speak other European language is a plus
