Job Description:

Our Client seeks a motivated and dynamic individual to join their Business Development and Client Relations Associate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about beauty and skincare products who has a knack for relationship building and sales. Must have proven and demonstrable skills in closing.

This is a fully remote opportunity, and one that has scope to grow depending on your success. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach key stakeholders in beauty and pharmacy retail outlets across Europe.
• Introduce a range of
  - quality skincare and beauty products from trusted partners.
• Build relationships with retailers and
  - makers to secure product placement in stores.
• Negotiate terms and ensure smooth onboarding of products into retail channels.
• Provide feedback on market trends and opportunities to refine strategies.
• Maintain a database of clients and partnerships, ensuring excellent
  - up and customer care.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations, ideally within the beauty sector.
• Strong understanding of the European beauty and skincare market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, German, Portuguese or Italian is a plus.
• An existing network of buyers in the industry is an additional bonus.
