About the job

The fund industry has been booming and going through several regulatory changes such as AIFMD. In order to be in line with the AIFM directive, eligible funds must perform Ownership Verification and Record Keeping ("OVRK") on the asset.

Your Main Activities Are

• Verification of all loan by loan files and upload on Odyssey of Tomorrow
• Request and verification of contracts based on a sampling of loans
• On a
  - annual basis, manage any incoming
  - mails for loan funds subject to OVRK and perform reconciliation of the whole positions of the clients
• Ownership Verification and Record Keeping (OVRK) activities on a daily basis
• Participating in internal reporting activities to measure the quality of operations (KPIs)
• Identifying risks in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the best chance of mitigating them
• Contributing to the completion and maintenance of operational procedures and SLA
