Outsystems Developer

Responsibilities

1. Creation and implementation of
   - quality, interactive interfaces using the Out
   Systems platform, with a strong focus on HTML, CSS, and Java
   Script to deliver exceptional user experiences.
2. Leadership of frontend projects, focused on the design, development and maintenance of Out
   Systems applications and libraries, ensuring high performance and scalability.
3. Development of reusable and efficient theme architectures to ensure visual consistency across applications.
4. Work together with project managers, business teams, designers, analysts, partners, and IT teams for requirements discovery and project scoping.
5. Providing guidance and technical mentoring to developers and designers, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and development.
6. Use of predefined UI patterns and widgets to streamline development and ensure an intuitive user experience.
7. Perform quality tests and optimize performance to ensure a smooth user experience across different devices and browsers.
8. Ensure that all developments comply with the defined business, usability, and accessibility requirements, auditing and ensuring their applicability.
9. Collaborate with the Analytics team to conduct quantitative testing and research.

Skills

1. Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or in similar areas.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Out
   Systems 11 (Iaa
   S
   - managed) projects, including at least 2 years in leadership roles and team or project management.
3. Out
   Systems certifications in Reactive Developer and/or Web Developer + Tech Lead- Professional (e. g. Mobile Developer Specialist) and Expert (Web Developer) will be valued.
4. Proven experience in developing integrations with other systems.
5. Knowledge of advanced accessibility applied to required code.
6. Competence in frontend and application performance evaluation, and code optimization (AI Mentor).
7. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
8. Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices and strong ability to build designed applications/solutions.
9. Knowledge in theme architecture, stylesheets, and UI patterns, including blocks, themes, and templates in Out
   Systems.
10. Experience in development of
    - brand design systems with the use of token variables.
11. Experience working with design software such as Figma and XD from a development perspective.
12. Critical spirit and good logical reasoning.
13. Team spirit and good communication skills.
14. Fluent in English (mandatory).
