Order Entry Representative (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
- You are responsible for receiving and processing incoming orders via email, phone, or
- shop from existing customers on SAP. - You must inform and provide solutions to customers regarding failed or aborted deliveries, organizing urgent deliveries in critical situations.
- Informing customers by telephone or
- mail on changes to products, product quantities, and any anticipated delays is part of your job. - You will receive, respond to, and handle all complaints regarding shipments.
- You will solve urgent requests from customers by aligning with planning and transport teams.
- You will check incorrect customer requests and invoices if required.
- You will check with Back Office and Credit Teams for updating/inclusion of addresses, credit limits, and product prices.
- You will ensure that deliveries rejected by the customer are properly processed.
What Makes You Great
- Minimum required: Secondary School (High School) diploma.
- You speak native or C2 level of Portuguese and Spanish, and English at B1 level (preferred).
- SAP/ERP basic knowledge is preferred.
- You are proactive and focused on responding promptly to actions.
- You are data accurate and
- oriented.

This role is a
- time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs.
