YOUR ROLE

• Provide customer support in repair/replacement process management of
  - functional parts.
• Act as the end customers point of contact to support and manage the RMA process.
• Provide information and assistance to end customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings.
• Ensure that the RMA lifecycle occurs according to the defined process and ensure that deadlines for repair/replacement of parts are met.

Initial training will be provided.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least B2 level in Italian and English languages.
• Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and dynamism.
• Good communication skills.
• Availability for hybrid work.
• Availability for
  - call.

Nice to have:

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Enjoy teamwork.
