MISSION

Ensure the production required by the customer, with the established quantity and quality, and respecting established OHSE policies and procedures.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

1. Carry out the operations defined in the working instructions.
2. Control the quality of the pieces produced according to the production program.
3. Achieve targets productivity rates and quality levels for the specific workplace.
4. Perform level 1 preventive maintenance activities required for each machine/facility.
5. Perform the part number, model or series changes required according to the production plan.
6. Keep the 5S level of the workplace according to established standards.
7. Be versatile at the level defined in the section/plant.
8. Take part in the initial shift and monthly meetings.
9. Suggest improvements to
   -
   - day operations.
10. Train new employees with a lower level of versatility/poly-competence when necessary.
11. Be trained in competences to become more
    - sufficient in carrying out work.
12. Follow the policies, procedures and rules defined for the plant employees.
13. Use the production resources available and maintain them in proper conditions.
14. Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
15. Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OSHE and Quality department.

Secondary or Vocational education
