Responsibilities:

• Analyze and map current processes to ensure proper implementation.
• Develop and implement new processes aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Train and support teams in adopting the new processes, promoting best practices and effective solutions.
• Monitor the execution of new processes, evaluating their impact and suggesting continuous adjustments.
• Ensure effective communication between the different teams involved in the implementation process.
• Ensure proper implementation and provide support to agency employees.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the new processes meet business needs.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of languages: English and Spanish (B2 level)
• Previous experience in the transport sector is valued, but not mandatory
• Availability to travel and stay abroad for several weeks (countries: Germany and Spain) – a decisive factor.
• Strong communication skills
• Dynamism, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility
• Problem-solving abilities and support in adapting to change
• Driver's license class B – a decisive factor
