Operations Support – Property Management

Our client, a renowned Real Estate Development and Investment Company specializing in commercial spaces and based in Lisbon, is seeking an Operations Support professional. This role will support the Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth execution of business activities and real estate projects. The ideal candidate will assist in the administrative and operational aspects of property management and contribute to the efficient coordination of ongoing projects.

• Support the administrative and operational processes related to project execution, property acquisitions, and construction.
• Support property management activities, including rentals, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Assist in coordinating technical, commercial, and administrative teams to align with organizational objectives.
• Implement and monitor the strategies and decisions set by the Partners, assisting in the preparation of regular reports with key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Address operational challenges, assisting in
  - solving and escalating critical issues when needed.
• Support the planning, budgeting, and execution of real estate projects, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure that legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements are adhered to in all projects.
• Assist with managing contracts, documentation, and administrative functions.
• Contribute to the operational aspects of property acquisitions and sales.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align property sales strategies with the Partners’ objectives.
• Assist in monitoring operational budgets and financial performance.

Perfil

• Degree in Management or a related field.
• Prior experience in property management or a related field is a plus.
• Proactive, dynamic, and organized professional with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
• Strong
  - solving abilities and a willingness to learn and develop within the company.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
