THE ROLE

As an Operations Specialist for Central Europe regional team, you will focus on executing regional processes and managing a set of our local depots. You will be focused on executing daily operations in order to drive operational results on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

You will have ownership on the execution of
-
- end processes that support the achievement of those objectives, spanning from real estate expansion projects,
-
- day property management, guaranteeing health and safety norms are attained to procuring a network of partners that complement our resources.

Reporting directly to the Central Europe Regional Operations Director, you will play an essential role in the execution of our operation. You will need to coordinate your actions with your fellow region colleagues and local operations to have a direct impact on the results.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Be an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to its evolution and adaptation to your region;
• Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results;
• Responsible for being the regional point of contact and
  - going relationship with all local partners and suppliers that guarantee the daily execution of local operations, assessing if quality and throughput are according to the defined standards, namely real estate, laundry services, gas suppliers, local cleaning service providers that assist our customers and our operation;
• Execute regional stock replenishment procedures required for a smooth operation;
• Understand and contribute to the evolution of all
  - estate standards, creating a physical reality that enables local operations to excel at their job and be compliant with health and safety standards;
• Procure and negotiate suppliers;
• Responsible for leading the expansion of our network through real estate procurement, negotiation and expanding the current supplier network.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Background in Business, Engineering, or similar education;
• Prone to action. You excel in taking initiative to address operational needs and ensure smooth workflows. Experience in procurement execution and supplier management or a similar field is a plus;
• Organised and analytical. You look at data to drive your actions and effectively manage your time to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Attention to detail, while following detailed procedures and ensure precision in execution;
• Team player and willingness to work closely with your team members and local teams and contribute to the overall objectives;
• Adaptable and resilient, while following procedures you understand how to adapt to unforeseen events in order to reach the end result;
• Good communicator, with clear and effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and external partners;
• Fluent in English is mandatory. Fluency in German and/or Italian is highly desirable.
