We have a challenge for you – Operations Manager

What we are looking for:

1. Bachelor of Computer Engineering;
2. Experience with identifying operational constraints and correcting them;
3. Knowledge of the analysis of operational indicators of different teams;
4. Experience in providing indicators for Service reports;
5. Assistance in responding to RFP's and Proposals;
6. Project Monitoring;
7. Continuous improvement actions;
8. Ensure correct Typifications and SLAS in ITSM;
9. Ensure Metrics and SLAS correctly measured in PBI;
10. ITSM backlog control;
11. Implementation of new operations, assessment of risks and profitability of field operations, preparation of reports;
12. Procurement of new services to Partners;
13. Procurement of new services from suppliers;
14. Good knowledge of English.
