We are in search of a Operations Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our growth in the Netherlands and setting the basis for our local development.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily and weekly planning for the surveys and the deployment of lockers from Warehouse to the various points of deployments locations such as grocery stores, local commerce, and other points of deployment in the Netherlands;
• Communicate with deployment locations to confirm appointments;
• Coordinate with deployment partners and teams for seamless installation of smart lockers;
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide support during deployments also in coordination with the Field Support Coordinator;
• Perform
  -
  - day deployment activities, including data entry and locker registration;
• Prepare and update daily and weekly performance reports to provide a detailed account of the deployments;
• Overseeing inventory management;
• Manage partners for permits management;
• Support the director of Netherlands Operations in other tasks as requested.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• Around 3 years of experience in operations that require field work, ideally requiring moving bulky or industrial objects;
• Excellent Excel skills required to be able to perform all data entry and reporting tasks. Experience with Excel macros, scripts, and data analytics would be a plus;
• Good communication skills in English;
• A
  - do attitude and not be afraid to roll up the sleeves behind the desk or in the field;
• Polyvalent and able to switch among desk work, field work, and
  - facing work.
